Hello, we have been a family consignment business for the last 17 years. Our focus is to help people clear out their space and find new homes for a lot of awesome stuff.

We Offer:
Individual item consignment online sales
Estate, Downsize, Moving whole house items sold on online auction
We charge 35% commission, well below most consignment shops. Estate liquidation fees may be scaled to match the needs and resources of our clients.
Estate Sale Process
#1 – We offer free consultation
Most projects can be evaluated with just a brief telephone interview. If an onsite visit is required, it can usually be scheduled within a day or two. After our initial conversation, you are welcome to forward photos and spreadsheets by email.
Once the online auction has ended, our bookkeeper will prepare a full detail list of all item. The detailed list will itemize every item that was sold, the gross amount realized for each item, the total fees incurred, and the total net proceeds.
At the end of the online sale, our team will box up any remaining items for donation pick-up. We will schedule the donation pick-up and monitor the pick-up to ensure all items are removed from the property. Any items not accepted for donation will be disposed of.
An itemized charity donation receipt will be obtained for tax purposes.
Our team is specialized and trained to take the estate sale process from start to finish. There are no upfront fees for our services. Our commission-based fee is deducted from the gross total at the end of your sale. We bring the expertise and skill to make this estate sale process as simple and effective as possible.
