Sale will consist of an extensive array of souvenir and gift shop merchandise that captures the essence of Fort Lauderdale. The auction will include a wide variety of items such as bottle openers, magnets, potholders, oven mittens, keychains, beach towels, golf ball sets, ashtrays, travel mugs, sports bottles, tumblers, caps, nail clippers, beach bags, wallets, playing cards, flasks, shot glasses, mason jars, aprons, pens, decals, coin purses, bells, decorative spoons, freezer mugs, coasters, pencil cases, pocket mirrors, notepads, pill boxes, bag holders, clocks, plates, bottle coolers and more.
Inspection | Preview date: Monday, May 20 from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. by appointment.
Pick-up | Removal Location: 1885 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.
Checkout | Removal date: May 22 through May 24 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Payment Information: Full payment due no later than Wednesday, May 22 by 4:00 P.M,
Payment Options: Zelle (preferred), Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, Cash and Major Credit Cards (excludes AMEX).
Buyer’s Premium: 20% BP will apply to all lots.

1. Condition: All items are as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
2. Registration: $100.00 refundable CREDIT CARD/CERTIFIED FUNDS deposit and proof of account validation. Must be 18+ years old to participate.
3. Buyer’s Premium: Online/Proxibid: 20% BP.
4. Inspection: All bidders are welcomed to inspect the property prior to placing a bid. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value, condition, age, genuineness, authenticity, defectiveness, or any other determinative factor.
5. Withdrawal/Cancellation: Moecker Auctions reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed in the catalog/brochure before, during, or after the auction without liability. Moecker Auctions reserves the right to cancel the sale at any time for any given reason.
