The walls are of painted gypsum board, and ceilings typically consist of a suspended system with inlaid acoustical ceiling tiles and an open system that exposes the underside of the roof. The office area is heated and cooled by office area is provided by a gas-fired furnace, and the warehouse is heated by ceiling suspended gas-fired units.
