Auction date: Friday, January 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST
Inspection | Preview date: Inspection is available on Thursday, January 23 from 10 AM to 4 PM by appointment
Pick-up | Removal Location: 1885 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.
Check-out | Removal date: The checkout/removal period is on 01/27, 01/28 and 01/29 between 9 AM and 4 PM (no weekend checkout).
Payment deadline: Full payment is due on Monday, January 27 by 4 PM. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card credit or debit cards for invoices up to $500, along with a convenience fee. Invoices exceeding $500 must be paid via CASH, CERTIFIED FUNDS, ZELLE, or WIRE TRANSFER OF FUNDS. Company Checks or Personal Checks are not accepted.
Buyer’s Premium: 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning lots.

2. Registration: $100.00 refundable CREDIT CARD/CERTIFIED FUNDS deposit and proof of account validation. Must be 18+ years old to participate.
3. Buyer’s Premium: Online/Proxibid: 18% BP.
4. Inspection: All bidders are welcomed to inspect the property prior to placing a bid. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value, condition, age, genuineness, authenticity, defectiveness, or any other determinative factor.
5. Withdrawal/Cancellation: Moecker Auctions reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed in the catalog/brochure before, during, or after the auction without liability. Moecker Auctions reserves the right to cancel the sale at any time for any given reason.
